Totalspan Toowoomba is local family business, owned and operated by Jordan and Belinda Bill. They moved to Toowoomba in 2009 from the Gold Coast. Jordan is a carpenter by trade and a business banker by profession and Belinda has worked in Medical Imaging as a relationship manager. After falling in love with the Toowoomba region they built their forever home on the Toowoomba escarpment in 2020. Their passion was to own their own business so when the opportunity came along to purchase Totalspan Toowoomba they decided this was an opportunity not to be missed.
The Toowoomba team offer the full steel building solution, from the design and supply of your kitset through to council approvals, site works and the construction of your new shed, garage, stable, barn or industrial building.
Jordan and his team of shed specialists will work with you to understand your building goals, and they will design a structure that will work for you now and in the future. All of our buildings are designed site specifically, ensuring they are fit for the intended location.

My wife and I recently moved into our current address in Toowoomba from NSW. One thing was missing for us and that was a ‘garaging facility’ for our Winnebago.
I contacted a number of potential suppliers in January this year with the express purpose of finding someone who could consult to us about providing an ‘end to end’ solution that would be fit in with the existing infrastructure we had. With our family commitments and my inability to do any of the work, a total ‘end to end’ process to us was a key. It was also important to us that the solution had to also enhance the street appeal not look like a bad after thought of so many we had seen in the past, as well as provide the right protection for our motorhome.
Nick from Totalspan, who was recommended by a close friend of ours, was one of only two suppliers who offered to come onsite once we explained what we were trying to achieve and offer his thoughts and recommendations.
Having spent almost 40 years in the Customer Support and Service industry I have become a strong believer in doing business with the right people, people who understand your needs and what you are looking to achieve. From our first meeting my wife and I were both comfortable with Nick’s approach and recommendations. Although not the cheapest solution we both believe in you get what you pay for, so in early February 2015 we agreed to do business and proceed.
I have to say that the entire staff, office, site preparation, concreting and construction were all first class. They all introduced themselves and were very professional in what they did and at no time did we feel that having them onsite was an inconvenience.
We would not hesitate in recommending Nick’s team at Totalspan to anyone who wants a Company to come and understand, recommend an appropriate solution for the job, regardless of what that may mean to you.

And may I say, the team that Jordan (Totalspan Toowoomba) put together for this ‘all-in’ contract build are all exceptional and talented. Great communication, great ideas. I even tried to find fault, but it’s less than 2mm out over 18 meters. This was the best ‘collaborative build’ I’ve ever been a part of. (I have other sheds on various properties, other national companies….which I’d never use again).
