Totalspan Sunshine Coast

A total pleasure to deal with such a great team at Totalspan Sunshine Coast. I got quotes off 7 different shed builders in the area but Totalspan stood out alone. Not only their price, the quality of the shed. Jason the sales person was a great bloke to deal with, kept in touch the whole way through the job as I was not around to see the shed being built. We had a dead line for the shed to be built and Jason stood by his word and had it finished two weeks early. We are proud to have a Totalspan advertising sign on our front fence.

I am very happy with my Total Span Shed which I am using as an artist’s studio, and which is sited in a very steep slope to gain the best of the views on the property. The quality and attention to detail has been great and I have had a few tradespeople comment on the engineering and building quality and ask about the company.

In particular, hats off to the staff at the Sunshine Coast branch, who are true problem solvers -any plans or subsequent changes were approached with a “Can Do” attitude. Danielle in the office is a real asset to the company - she is detail minded, well organised, accurate in quotes and variation orders (the cost of changes were at a reasonable rate) and always courteous. Special mention to Ryan the Meticulous builder and to Jason and Rohan for doing the job as it needed to be done, rather than the easiest, quickest way to allow a quick exit to the next job.

The project was very delayed due to weather, a change in ownership of the franchise, the distance of my property from the shed office; and the availability of tradespeople. Understanding this, and very apologetic, the team at SC Total Span made sure everything was top quality and that I was happy with the work, and for that I am most grateful. I would definitely recommend them.
