1. Strongest Possible Connections

Totalspan portal frame connector
plates are pressed from thick
galvanised steel. They are fixed
through pre-punched holes using high
tensile bolts ensuring the strongest possible
connection. Totalspan knee and apex
brackets wrap around the ‘C’ section, giving
extra strength along the full portal frame.

2. More Usable Internal Space

Totalspan purlins and girts (parts of the
frame where the walls and roof are
attached) fix into the sides of
the portal frame. This allows
the frame to sit flush with the
cladding, for greater strength,
more usable internal space and
better visual appeal. It also minimises bird
and rodent nesting.

3. Slotted Hold Down Brackets

Totalspan hold-down brackets feature slots
to make fixing to the concrete slab and
portal leg easier.

Totalspan roof and wall cladding is roll-formed from quality Australian BlueScope steel. Our sheeting is wider than the industry standard, resulting in fewer joints and faster erection times. Your cladding, gutters, barges and flashings can be ZINCALUME^® or a wide selection of COLORBOND^® colours.

5. Wider Roller Doors & A Range Of Shed Span Sizes

Our roller doors are 2.7m wide (industry standard is 2.4m). Shed spans from 7.1m to 12m in a variety of heights and lengths.

6. A Pitch For A Stronger Roof

Our standard 15-degree roof pitch is not only stronger, it looks great and gives you extra usable roof space. A Totalspan shed with a 7m span gives you over one quarter of a meter more height than a comparable shed with an 11-degree pitch.

7. Weather Tight & No Sharp Edges

All door openings and corners are protected with roll-formed flashings for a neat, weather tight finish. Double folding ensures safe handling, with no sharp edges exposed.

8. The Perfect Finish

Gutters and barges are roll-formed in a unique profile that adds strength and provides an attractive finish to your roof. Gutter brackets fit neatly inside the gutters, totally hidden from view.

Flat Roof Shelters

These small, versatile buildings are the latest addition to the range. They can make ideal open horse shelters or provide economical, secure storage space.

Totalspan skylights are wider than the industry standard. Skylights are an affordable ‘must-have’ for extra natural light.

3. Choose Your Windows

Clear anodised aluminium windows with security latches are available in three sizes:
